Shipping Areas We currently ship to all locations across India (Pan-India delivery).
Shipping Fees
We charge a modest shipping fee of ₹50 for 500g. Since 90% of our products fall within this weight range, most single-item orders ship at just ₹50.
When you add multiple items to a single order, the charge is calculated based on the total order weight:
- Up to 500g — ₹50
- 500g to 1kg — ₹75
- 1kg to 1.5kg — ₹100
- 1.5kg to 2kg — ₹120
- 2kg to 2.5kg — ₹145
- 2.5kg to 3kg — ₹160
- Over 3kg — ₹200
The applicable shipping charge will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping Time We ship all products within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-6 business days for most locations across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services. Therefore, we calculate that the ordered product will reach you within 6/7 working days (1 day + 5/6 days).
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your package.
Delays While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at saswati@sajbitan.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
