Return & Refund Policy

1. 7 Days Easy Return: We are happy to announce that we have 7 days easy return and refund policy including the shipping charge of Rs. 50. All refund amounts include applicable GST.

2. Size Exchange only through Return: Please also note that size exchange is possible only through return. You return the item, get your money back and place a fresh order.

3. No Return for Jewellery: Jewellery are fragile things. For that reason we exempted Jewellery from this return rule.

4. How to Place a Request for Return: A Return window will open once the product is delivered to you. If you have any issue with the product delivered, you need to submit a Return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, the Return window will be closed and no requests will be accepted.

5. Our Response Time: SAJBITAN will respond to your Return request within 2 business days of receiving it. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization with instructions on how to send the product back to us. 

6. Return Shipping: At present, SAJBITAN does not offer pickup facility because of the limitations of our courier partners. Customers must arrange courier service to return the item at their own cost. We will refund, as we have already stated in Para 1, you original shipping amount which is Rs 50.

7. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and find it intact.

8. Product Condition Requirements: After receiving your returned product, it will be inspected meticulously. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return. Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for Return and will be sent back to you at your cost.

9. Return Instructions: Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel when returning items.

10. Quality Assurance: SAJBITAN follows a three-layered quality check policy before dispatching ordered products. Therefore, instances of damaged product delivery or wrong product delivery are extremely rare. In case of damaged or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately at saswati@sajbitan.com with photos. We will arrange a priority refund/replacement.
